We know we want to connect with more people. It's not just escaping the "epidemic of loneliness" but also supporting our communities that are being attacked by fascism. Sometimes the first step of that is actually the hardest: starting conversations with people around you. While that's an important skill, its only a start. Being able to build coalitions despite differences requires an appreciation of and engagement with the humans in front of us.

Join us for the Winter 2026 Community of Communities workshop on this topic. We will interactively brainstorm and practice approaches to engaging with the soon-to-be-former strangers around us and inclusively connect that to our larger political context.
